Product Description
The 1100 aluminum sheet (or plate) is a commercially pure aluminum alloy containing a minimum of 99.0% aluminum. Renowned for its excellent corrosion resistance, superb formability, and high electrical and thermal conductivity, it is one of the most widely used non-heat-treatable aluminum grades.
Because of its softness and ductility, 1100 aluminum can be easily formed through deep drawing, spinning, stamping, and bending processes. It cannot be strengthened by heat treatment; instead, its mechanical properties are improved through cold working.
The alloy meets international standards such as ASTM B209, EN 485-2, and GB/T 3880, ensuring consistent performance and dimensional accuracy for industrial, architectural, and decorative applications.
