Product Description
The 1060 aluminum plate is a commercially pure aluminum alloy with an aluminum content of at least 99.6%. Belonging to the 1xxx series, it is known for excellent corrosion resistance, superior electrical and thermal conductivity, and outstanding formability.
Unlike heat-treatable alloys, 1060 aluminum gains its strength primarily through cold working and is available in various tempers such as O, H12, H14, H16, and H18. While its mechanical strength is relatively low, its exceptional ductility makes it ideal for deep drawing, spinning, and forming applications.
Typical uses include electrical conductors, chemical processing equipment, signage, lighting reflectors, heat sinks, and decorative panels.
